In my early twenties, I was torn between studying psychology or law. I ultimately chose law for rational reasons - structure, clarity, and professional security.
Yet my interest in the human psyche never disappeared.

Questions such as: Why am I the way I am? Why do we feel deeply connected to some people and not to others? Why do certain areas of life feel effortless while others remain challenging?, were never fully answered in my professional environment.

After an intense period of personal and professional reflection, I realized that something needed to change. I expanded my perspective through coaching, mediation, and training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). These tools gave me valuable insight - but something was still missing.

An astrological consultation became a turning point. I experienced a level of clarity and neutrality that I had not encountered before. I felt truly seen - beyond external circumstances or personal narratives.

Since 2020, astrology has been a central part of my life. Drawing on traditional, psychological, and spiritual astrology, I support people in understanding their strengths, inner tensions, and recurring themes - not as fixed truths, but as meaningful time qualities that can be approached consciously.

Yoga has been a grounding personal practice for me since 2018. I completed my first yoga teacher training in Bali in 2023 and a second training in Nepal in 2025 during a period of extended solo travel in Asia. Yoga informs how I work today by anchoring insight in embodied awareness, presence, and respect for individual rhythm.
